The awards also provide an opportunity for sponsors to assist with the event objectives, while enhancing their business profile within the community. Over the years the naming-rights sponsors have included; NRMA Insurance (1994 to 1998), Tatts Pokies (1999) and Powercor Australia (2000 to 2009).
